A.J. Brown is leaving Philadelphia. According to ESPN sources, the Eagles have agreed to trade the Pro Bowl wide receiver to the New England Patriots in exchange for a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick — the better of New England's two fifth-round selections that year.

The deal, which had been the subject of speculation for several weeks, marks the end of a four-year run for Brown in Philadelphia and sets up a reunion with Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel.

📋 Brown's Eagles Career at a Glance

  • 339 receptions
  • 5,034 receiving yards
  • 32 touchdown catches
  • 4 seasons
  • ✅ Super Bowl champion
  • ✅ Three-time All-Pro

Brown departs as the franchise's all-time single-season receiving yards leader, having posted 1,496 yards in 2022 and 1,456 yards in 2023 — the two highest single-season totals in Eagles history.

The Patriots now acquire one of the NFL's premier receivers as Vrabel begins reshaping New England's roster.
