Welcome to Dynasty Price Check. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and All-Star Insights LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

You may use our website and related tools (e.g., Dynasty Decoder, Listener Leagues, Dynasty Price Exchange, player rankings, draft tools, and community features) for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Accounts and Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

Payments and Donations

Current payments are donations. At this time, all payments made through our website are voluntary donations to support Dynasty Price Check (including amounts you send via “Buy Me a Coffee,” similar support or tip features, and any other donation flows we offer). These payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for donations or for coffee/support contributions, except where required by applicable law.

Donations and support payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee, or others we may use). Your transaction is also subject to that provider’s terms. Disputes or chargebacks may be handled according to the provider’s policies and applicable law.

Future products. If we introduce separate paid products or subscriptions, those offerings may include their own pricing and refund or cancellation terms, which we will disclose at purchase. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific product, donations and coffee/support-style contributions will remain non-refundable even if other offerings have a different policy.

We do not guarantee ongoing availability of any feature and may modify or discontinue offerings with notice where appropriate.

Content and Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, and original content are owned by All-Star Insights LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. Data from third-party platforms (e.g., Sleeper) is subject to their terms; we do not claim ownership of that data.

User Content and Conduct

Where you submit content (e.g., rankings, votes, or profile information), you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve our services. You represent that you have the right to provide such content. You will not post content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider objectionable.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee accuracy of rankings, trade values, or third-party data. Fantasy sports and related content are for entertainment and informational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All-Star Insights LLC and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All-Star Insights LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. We may notify you of material changes via the site or email where appropriate. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
